Post-Decree Modification

Ideally, once a divorce is finalized, that is it. It’s final. But there are times when a spouse’s situation may change shortly after the finalization of a divorce. For example, a post decree modification may be needed if a former spouse abruptly loses their job. Post decree modifications can be used to adjust child custody, child support, and alimony when needed.
