Megan Pischka Office Manager

Megan Pischka is a proud Buffalo native whose deep roots in the city are matched by her dedication to its community. A graduate of Holy Angels Academy, Megan initially pursued a career in physical therapy at Daemen College. However, her professional path took an unexpected and rewarding turn into the restaurant industry, where she spent nearly two decades working at some of Buffalo’s most recognized establishments. Her entrepreneurial spirit led her to open her own restaurant on Hertel Avenue. In addition to her hospitality experience, Megan also worked with Mayor Byron Brown and was actively involved in several local political campaigns throughout Buffalo and Amherst.

In 2013, Megan made a significant career shift, joining a leading personal injury law firm. She has since built a strong reputation in the legal field and has been growing her expertise ever since. In the spring of 2022, she became a vital member of Pigott Law Group, serving as both Senior Paralegal and Office Manager.

Megan brings comprehensive knowledge of personal injury law to the firm, supporting the growth of operations in both New York and Colorado. Her proficiency spans every phase of a claim—from initial no-fault procedures to trial preparation. Over the years, she has cultivated meaningful professional relationships with medical providers, insurance adjusters, attorneys, and court staff. These connections, combined with her in-depth understanding of local legal landscapes, add immense strategic value to the firm and its clients.

In addition to her focus on personal injury, Megan’s legal support experience includes Social Security Disability (SSD/SSI), Workers’ Compensation, family law, and estate matters, making her a versatile and invaluable asset to the team.
